This website

This website has no contact form, no analytics and no advertising, and sets no cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads, as described in Google's own privacy policy.

When you write to us

If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. We keep that correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose and for our legal and accounting obligations.

The programme is hosted on Skool. Your account, membership and payment are handled by Skool under its own terms and privacy policy; we never receive your card details. As the community owner we can see the information Skool shows to owners, such as your name, email address and membership status.

The short test after each lesson asks for your email address and, optionally, your Skool username. We store your answers so that you can see your result and so that we can improve the lessons. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

Consulting clients

For consulting projects we process the contact and billing details needed to prepare proposals, deliver the work and issue invoices.

Legal basis and retention

We process your data to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract), to answer you (our legitimate interest) and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Test answers and correspondence are kept while you are a member or while the conversation is active, and for up to two years afterwards; invoices for the period the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to hello@freedomdelawarellc.com. If you live in the European Union you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; if you live in California you have the rights given by the CCPA, and we do not sell personal data. Data that we must keep by law (for example, invoices) will be kept for the period required.

If we change this policy we will update this page and its date.
