These terms apply to this website and to the programmes and services offered by Freedom LLC, a Series of OtoCo Matic DE LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, U.S.A., with its registered address at 651 North Broad Street, Suite 201, Middletown, Delaware 19709, United States ("Freedom LLC", "we").
Education, not advice
Our programmes are educational. Nothing on this website or in our programmes is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in them is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Decisions about your money are yours; where you need advice for your own situation, consult a qualified professional.
Patrimonio Soberano
Patrimonio Soberano is a monthly membership hosted on Skool, from US$9 per month, billed in US dollars (USD). The exact price is shown on the community page before you pay, and members keep the price they joined at, even if the price for new members goes up later. Joining, billing and renewals are handled through Skool and are also subject to Skool's terms.
The content (lessons, guides, infographics and tests) is for your personal use. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute it.
Delivery
Patrimonio Soberano is a digital service. Access is delivered online, immediately after payment, through your Skool account. There is no physical shipping.
Refund and cancellation policy
- You can cancel your membership at any time from your Skool account. After cancelling you will not be charged again.
- You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Months already paid are not refunded, in whole or in part.
- If you are charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), write to hello@freedomdelawarellc.com and we will correct it.
Payment security
Payments for Patrimonio Soberano are processed by Skool through Stripe, a PCI DSS certified payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Consulting and training
Consulting and training projects are governed by the written proposal agreed with each client, which sets out scope, timeline and price before any work starts.
What we do not do
Freedom LLC does not hold, transmit, exchange or manage funds or assets for anyone, does not execute trades and does not provide investment, tax or legal advice. Our services are not offered where they would be prohibited by law.
Liability
We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but tools, platforms and regulations change. To the extent permitted by law, Freedom LLC is not liable for losses arising from how the content is used.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A.
